Our first stop on our preaching tour in Russia this year was Yekaterinburg in the Urals. As everywhere is Russia we found hundreds and hundreds of devotees eager to chant, dance, hear Krsna conscious philosophy and relish prasadam. It’s the universal process given by Lord Caitanya 500 years ago and delivered around the world by our beloved Srila Prabhupada. Sri Prabhupada came to Russia in the early 1970’s and planted a seed that has sprouted into a veritible tree of devotion with so many wonderful devotees as it’s fruits and flowers. All glories to His Divine Grace!
“K2 is a savage mountain that tries to kill you.” That is how climber George Bell described the infamous peak after the first American expedition in 1953–forever giving the mountain its nickname–The Savage Mountain. Sixty-six years later, Eddie Bauer mountain guides Adrian Ballinger and Carla Perez aim to summit the 8611-meter peak and join a community of explorers fewer in number than those who have been to outer space. Even more incredible, they both will attempt the feat without the use of supplemental oxygen. Every step of the way the team faces hazardous conditions, terrifying setbacks, and crushing misfortunes. But as Ballinger puts it, “Ill go until the mountain tells me I can’t go anymore.”
North America’s National Parks are world famous and their breathtaking landscapes fascinate millions of visitors. This spectacular series will show you what happens beyond the lookouts.

Today we began our Kartika parikrama in Mayapur by visiting Nrsimha Palli and HariHara ksetra, two special holy places in the Dhama. There we discussed the glories of both Lord Nrsimha and Lord Siva. The spiritual atmosphere of these places was overwhelming and more so due to the ecstatic Kirtan’s we had! So much mercy is available in the places of the Lord’s pastimes.

Is it always wrong or misguided to work with an enlightened man and be a sannyasi?
This channel is managed by the Krishnamurti Foundation Trust, UK, and by the Krishnamurti Foundation of America.
The role of the foundations was described by Krishnamurti when he said, The foundations will see to it that these teachings are kept whole, are not distorted, are not made corrupt. They will not give rise to any sectarian spirit in their activities… nor create any kind of place of worship around the teachings or the person.
We maintain extensive archives of Krishnamurtis original works and all four Krishnamurti foundations are actively engaged in the publication of material in various forms.
Our videos contain thousands of subtitles in more than 25 languages, translated by volunteers from all over the world. If you would like to help us with translating subtitles, please contact us at digital@kfoundation.org

The lila of Ajamila demonstrates why being a devotee is so unique. To know the Lord and to chant His name is what frees us from the laws of this material universe. Despite all our failings we can still take His shelter. Ajamila’s narrow escape from the servants of Yamaraj (Lord of Death) shows what it means to have the personal mercy of the Lord.
