Carrie Green started her first online business at the age of 20, whilst studying Law at the University of Birmingham. Within a few years she took the business global, selling throughout the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe and receiving over 100,000 hits on the website every month. In 2011 Carrie launched the Female Entrepreneur Association as a way to help inspire and connect female entrepreneurs from around the world. The network has grown to over 140,000 women and they now produce a digital magazine, This Girl Means Business, weekly videos, free online classes and more.

The contemporary medical research has come up with enough evidence that mind is the seat of all diseases and that we are surrounded by myths. Dr.B M Hegde is a medical scientist, cardiologist, educationist and author who has contributed immensely in the field of healthcare medical science. He speaks about how change is found everywhere and that change is life. He talks about the level of difficulty seen in removing myths. He cites the examples of taking medicines for minor illnesses which otherwise could be cured by sipping hot water which destroys the virus or by using the readily available Indian herbs. A good doctor according to him is the one who empathizes and builds faith in his patient. He says that change is a must and science has to change. He stresses on the fact that knowledge advances by changing myths and not by repeating the known things. This talk was given at an independently organised TEDx event using the TED conference format. Dr.B M Hegde is an Indian medical scientist, educationist and an author. Dr. Hegde is Padma Bhushan awardee 2010. He is the former Vice Chancellor of Manipal University, Co-Chairman of the TAG-VHS Diabetes Research Centre, Chennai and the chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mangalore. He has authored several books on medical practice and ethics. He is also the Editor in Chief of the medical journal, Journal of the Science of Healing Outcomes.He is MBBS, Ph. D. [Hon. Causa], MD, FRCP [London], FRCP [Edinburgh], FRCP [Glasgow], FRCPI [Dublin], FACC [USA] and FAMS. He also received training in cardiology from Harvard Medical School under Bernard Lown, a Nobel Laureate. He has won Dr. B C Roy National Award in the category of an Eminent Medical Teacher, Dr. J. C. Apart from running the Centre for Sustainable Agriculture as the Executive Director, he also runs an outlet, Sahaja Ahaaram, which stocks pest-free products from farmers. After giving up his full-time employment with the government, Dr. Ramanjaneyulu dedicated himself to the benefit of farmers and his campaign, ‘India for Safe Food’.

An Author, Innovator, Painter, Researcher, Campaigner and an Agriculture Scientist, his current focus of work lies in:
• Working towards establishing models of agriculture which are local resource and knowledge based and economically and ecologically sustainable.

Так получилось, что 21 февраля вышел новый номер Forbes, где представлен традиционный рейтинг самых дорогих компаний российского интернета и лидером снова стал «Яндекс» (в который, кстати, когда-то инвестировал фонд «Baring Vostok Capital Partners»).

Сейчас «Яндекс» уже сам является инвестором и покупает стартапы. Главный вопрос: с чего начать и с кого брать пример, чтобы в будущем продать свою идею?

Для этого мы познакомим вас с Натальей Шагариной, журналистом по образованию, которая придумала, создала и продала агрегатор скидок «Едадил» (в 2017 году выручка выручка проекта составила 39,9 миллионов рублей, а дочерней компании «Едадил Промо» — 106,3 миллионов рублей).

Talavan is one of the12 major forests of Vrindavan. Nestled in the paddy fields of Talavan is a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Balarama, who killed the ass-demon Denakasura there. We enjoyed a wonderful day at Talavan having long kirtans and recounting the numerous pastimes that took place in that transcendental abode.
